From a functional training we want to be able not only to stay for long periods (run a 5K or half marathon), but also be capable of a maximum effort into weight lifting or sprinting 100 meters.
Variation: Each day you practice one train you do something different. Not having the same routine always force our bodies and minds to always be ready for a new challenge. There is always something you can improve.
Elentreno functional is based on the combination of exercises and functional movements with body weight, Olympic lifts, gymnastics and cardiovascular activities.
